Warranty

We are authorized dealers of the Arizer Vaporizers, so if you decide to buy an Air SE from us your vape will come with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on the heating element and a 1-year warranty on everything else (except the battery and glass). You will need your device’s serial number to be eligible for warranty work. This can be located on the bottom of the box and the base of the Air SE. 

As with all vaporizers purchased from Planet of The Vapes, your vape is also covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

Any accessories that have been used with the bundle can also be returned, but only with the vaporizer. We do not accept used accessories to be returned on their own.

Any unopened and unused items are also covered by our 30-day return policy.
