How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your devices or e-liquids sooner.
What is your return policy for open products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, or used tanks. However, unopened hardware can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Do you require age verification for purchases?
Yes, in compliance with local regulations, all customers must pass a third-party age verification process to confirm they are of legal smoking age before an order is processed.
Are your products authentic?
Every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers. Most hardware includes a scratch-off authenticity code on the packaging for verification.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Due to carrier restrictions on vape-related products, we are often unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a residential or business street address for delivery.
